Jasper supports the team by making prototypes of complicated systems to help communicate user needs and expectations, taking complex processes and making them easily understandable via infographics or other visual media, and making user personas to understand the needs, preferences, and behavior patterns of users and ultimately crafting more personalized and engaging experiences for them.
